International Journal of Mentoring & Coaching launched

The European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) has launched the International Journal of Mentoring & Coaching: an e-journal compiling the world's leading coaching and mentoring research as well as commentary on professional practice issues. The International Journal of Mentoring & Coaching contains contributions from many eminent academics and commentators.

The European Coaching and Mentoring Council (EMCC) has launched the International Journal of Mentoring & Coaching: an e-journal compiling the world's leading coaching and mentoring research as well as commentary on professional practice issues. The International Journal of Mentoring & Coaching contains contributions from many eminent commentators and academic institutions, including submissions from, Sheffield Hallam University, Queen Mary University of London, The University of Stockholm and California State University.

Alison Carter, Chair of the editorial panel: "The EMCC exists to promote good practice in mentoring and coaching across Europe and is publishing this e-journal to bring together the many research projects and papers emerging on the subject of coaching and mentoring."

The EMCC's editorial team has brought together an impressive selection of articles for publication in the first edition and are offering two of the papers free of charge so that both the professional and academic communities can experience the quality and value offered to subscribers.
