EssentialSkillz, leading provider of eLearning systems and compliance content is back for a second year at Learning Technologies 2018, exhibiting on stand O9. The Deloitte Fast50 listed company which has its HQ in Galway, with offices in both the UK and US are promoting their enhanced WorkWize Learning Management System (LMS) and integrated Rapid Authoring Tool, alongside a library of over 40 compliance eLearning courses.

Julian Roberts CEO explained what is new;

“We are really excited to be back this year with a host of new products to talk about. With compliance a hot topic at the moment, particularly with GDPR on the horizon, we have a comprehensive range of SCORM compliant eLearning courses with a difference. All of our courses can be edited by our clients using our rapid authoring tool, WorkWize Author. Uniquely, we can still offer the flexibility for clients to edit, even if they want to deploy the courses from their own LMS.

WorkWize Author is fully integrated into our acclaimed WorkWize LMS, enabling rapid course development and instant deployment including a new feature for pushing out policies and receiving a digital signature confirming understanding, ideal for pushing out GDPR policies.

We are also launching StartMyCourse, the no username LMS. This simple LMS enables rapid deployment of courses to large numbers of people not traditionally covered through an existing LMS, putting the least number of barriers between the learner and the course. With no username to deal with - the training is available on demand 24/7.

In addition, our Business Protection Pack will be fully CPD certified, so we are expecting a lot of interest especially around GDPR, but also in our new Anti-Bribery Course and other issues like Cyber Security. The pack can underpin an organisations Governance Risk and Control (GRC) programme, which L&D teams are increasingly being expected to support.”

EssentialSkillz will be hosting a series of 15-minute talks on their stand covering a variety of Learning & Development related issues running across both days. They will also be presenting “Why Training Teams fall short in Internal Audits and what you can do to prevent it“, in Lecture theatre 7 on Thursday the 1st between 13:00 and 13:45.

Finally, as part of the in-show promotion and wider workplace wellbeing and CSR agenda, EssentialSkillz will be giving away free copies their SCORM compliant CPR Course free of charge to anyone who would like to distribute them to their employees. Julian said, “A customer of ours actually had an employee save a life on site after receiving training from this course, so we decided to make it freely available to all companies. You can come and see us on the stand or register at www.essentialskillz.com/cpr to get a free copy of the SCORM file or free access via our eLearning Shop.”
