Since implementing Enterprise Study’s eLMS a year ago to manage their sophisticated L&D programme and heavily regulated compliance requirements, Sunseeker has been able to centralise and grow their L&D function.
Sunseeker chose ES learning management system (eLMS) over SAP because it offered the best platform for compliance management; could be implemented with the minimum of disruption; and is far more cost-effective than leading alternatives.
Since implementing eLMS in March 2011 the specific return on training investment is tangible. Sunseeker can identify a reduction in costs, greater efficiency, improved accountability and greater employee engagement.
Alex Bowman, training manager, explains “It is about developing our people and investing in them for the future. The state of technology in 2012 means people are accustomed to getting information for themselves, rather than it being pushed to them. Training information needs to be on demand and ES enables that.”
As they continue to innovate and build the training department, Sunseeker are now looking towards a mobile learning strategy.
