With only a few days to go preparations are well underway for the UK’s largest eAssessment conference – eAssessment Scotland 2011 at the University of Dundee on Friday 26 August.

eAssessment Scotland is home to the largest conference dedicated to exploring the benefits of technology-enhanced assessment practices in the UK. This year, eAssessment Scotland tackles the issue of ‘Authentic Assessment’ and whether we can improve the experience of learners by creating measures of skills and knowledge that more closely mirror what happens in the real world

With over 250 delegates from the UK and Europe, coming together to learn, share and network it is setting the scene for a memorable day. With an excellent line-up of keynote speakers, seminars and workshops, together with the Scottish eAssessment Awards eCom Scotland will be there showcasing our innovative and leading edge technology in the field of eAssessment.

The seminar sessions have been selected to showcase just how far e-Assessment has travelled along an occasionally rocky, but ultimately rewarding path, and to present a glimpse into what the future might hold.
