VIRGINIA BEACH, Va., Jan. 9, 2013 – DuPont Sustainable Solutions, a learning provider that empowers organizations to transform business results through the development of a safe and efficient workforce, has added an Assessment Builder component to the DuPont™ eLearning Suite.
The DuPont™ eLearning Suite combines customizable, engaging content and scalable applications to enable organizations of all sizes and in all industries to standardize learning and development across multiple locations and job titles. The Assessment Builder allows users to create customized assessments from a group of courses or from their own content and then deploy a tailored training program to accelerate employee learning. A curriculum of e-learning or classroom courses can be generated based on assessment responses. It also allows users to create a survey or questionnaire to deploy to all, or to a portion of their employees.
In addition to the Assessment Builder, the DuPont™ eLearning Suite includes the DuPont™ Learning Management System (LMS), Interactive Courseware in 20 languages, an Authoring Tool and a Contractor Tracking System. Customers can choose from the DuPont curriculum of more than 1,400 courses covering the latest workplace safety, maintenance and human resources issues. It provides role-based access, a multi-language interface, customizable reporting and many other features that allow training at the local level with tracking and reporting that spans the enterprise.
The Interactive Courseware offers timely and in-demand courses that incorporate compelling content and sound instructional design delivered with the highest production values. Courses can be customized to include organization-specific video, graphics and training points to increase relevance to audiences. Also, training can be sequenced with prerequisites to assure progressive employee development through standardized training.
With the Authoring Tool, learning and development professionals can create their own online courses using a variety of storyboard templates. The system requires no programming skills and is intuitive and easy to use. More importantly, interactive features make it easy to build self-checks and post-tests for assessing an employee’s competency on the subject matter.
