Participants will gain insights on how to adapt to the new environment of learning in 2013 and beyond. The one-day workshop will be held at the Philadelphia Airport Marriott in Philadelphia, Pa., on Feb. 28, 2013.
The Bersin presentation will review the key dimensions of high-impact learning organizations and show how they are enabling top learning functions to move beyond the conventional learning and development model to attain a high level of organizational capability. Keynote speaker Mark Vickers, senior analyst from Bersin & Associates will explain how the important strategies and capabilities of corporate training are changing. This includes designing a learning architecture that supports business goals, and leveraging custom content and versatile learning technologies.
The workshop participants will include executive directors and managers of learning, human resources, risk management/compliance and safety.
