Learning NewsDonald H Taylor

L&D professionals worldwide invited to share priorities and challenges ahead of next year’s report due out in February.

The L&D Global Sentiment Survey has opened for 2026, inviting learning and development professionals worldwide to vote on the trends they expect to shape workplace learning in the year ahead. Now in its thirteenth year, the annual survey, organised by Donald H Taylor, continues to track changes in sentiment across the global L&D community.

Each year the survey asks ’what will be hot in workplace L&D’ for the year ahead. Respondents select up to three priorities from a list of fifteen options and are encouraged to describe how their work in L&D has changed and their biggest challenges.

It takes two minutes to complete. The report is out in February and Donald H Taylor will be on Learning News to discuss the results.
