This year’s awards are: Gold in the Best Advance in Learning Management Technology category Winner: Docebo. Reason: Designing a Fully Integrated Social Learning Platform Experience

The Gold: Democratizing the Learning Experience While Strengthening the Link Between Learning and Performance
“Democratizing the learning experience and strengthening the link between learning and performance has driven our product innovations in 2017,” says Donato Mangialardo, Director of Product Marketing at Docebo. “Our Docebo 7.0 release focused on user experience and learner autonomy, while Docebo Perform, released in August 2017 introduced new ways to help closing skill gaps by targeting learning interventions that improve performance”.
Claudio Erba, Chief Executive Officer, Docebo, adds, “Both themes- Linking learning to performance and social learning- will be profoundly transformed with the introduction of Artificial Intelligence in Docebo during 2018. The system will be able to suggest learning content based on what has worked in the past to increase performance along specific KPIs. Repetitive admin tasks will be performed by AI, allowing L&D members to focus on content and engagement as opposed to managing a platform. Chatbots will provide learners with immediate answers at the point of need while learning by examining the social interactions that happen in the day-by-day activities”.
The Silver: Designing a Fully Integrated Social Learning Platform Experience
In addition to the Gold award, Docebo won a Silver in the social learning category, for its Coach and Share product.
