Following its assessment this month by the British Institute for Learning & Development (the BILD), Creativedge Training today confirms that it has now secured the BILD Quality Mark (QM) http://www.thebild.org/.
Having its operations assessed by BILD comes as part of the company’s continued drive to deliver and meet the highest possible standards of workplace training and learning.
The BILD Quality Mark is fast becoming one of the key Learning and Development industry awards issued by a professional institute focused solely on learning and development. It challenges existing training quality standards by reviewing the policies and processes around the actual training. By doing so, customers can have greater confidence in the quality of their chosen training provider.
Companies applying for the BILD QM must meet criteria set out in 12-point checklist which is reviewed and discussed with the company by a BILD assessor. Each item on the checklist is assessed out of a score of 5 (a maximum score of 60 points in total). The BILD QM is held by a company for three years and is reviewed annually thereafter.
