Creativedge will highlight how it is using new virtual classroom technologies to transform access to its renowned 90-minute, bite-size business and soft-skills training modules, at the CIPD Learning and Development Show in London in May.

Creativedge Training & Development will join attendees at the annual CIPD Learning and Development Show Conference to show that while its bite-size training continues to add value to workplace training, is has now extended its reach to make Virtual Bite-Size Training also available.
With an expected attendance of more than 3,000 senior HR decision makers, Creativedge will operate a stand at the event from where it will showcase its full product suite, including the new VT, and the benefits of each. Visitors to the show will be able to try the new VT using their smart phones or tablets from the company’s stand.

Launched to bring Creativedge bite-sized management, leadership, business and personal development courses to a wider audience, the new virtual bite-sized training courses are already being used by brands like Ralph Lauren EMEA and EE, the UK’s most advanced digital communications company.
Some of the key benefits offered by VT include:-

- Retains all the advantages of a highly interactive, fully integrated classroom training programme whilst overcoming the barriers of geography, travel costs and availability.
- Offers audio, video and text interaction, so encouraging greater engagement and participation.
- Accessed using the Adobe Connect Platform, the VT allows for attendance of up to 100 participants worldwide.
- Fewer interruptions in VT compared to live training.
- As VT is on a virtual platform, the content is more likely to keep on track than face-to-face training because participants can be muted to avoid distraction and interruptions. As Creativedge VT has designated ‘windows’ for Q&As, discussions, and off-line collaboration or “homework,” the training can be delivered efficiently, both in terms of cost and time.

As Mark Rose, Managing Director Creativedge explains, “The CIPD Learning and Development Show is an exciting industry event for us because it’s a chance for us to show visitors how we have developed the principles of bite-size training to now include Virtual Training. Whilst many companies will continue to want our classroom-style training, it will be great to let them know how the VT version works and its effectiveness.”

As well as being able to road-test the VT from the Creativedge stand, visitors can also enjoy complementary, free give-aways to mark the show, when they visit the stand (no. 602).

The Learning and Development Show Conference will take place at London Olympia from 13-14 May 2015. For more information visit: https://www.cipd.co.uk/events/learning-development-show/default.aspx
