Having grown rapidly since its launch at LEARNING LIVE 2014, Coursecheck now offers a whole range of new functionality, designed to make it easier than ever for training providers to make the most of their customer feedback.

The driving force behind many of the enhancements has been the diverse range of training providers using the site. This has led to integration with off-the-shelf course booking systems as well as improved SEO, enhanced reporting and more options for soliciting feedback.

Coursecheck founder, Chris Wigglesworth, commented: “The operational requirements of large and small companies can be very different but as part of our mission to provide a level playing field, it’s important for us to build functionality to cater for everyone. Whether you’re a multi-national training provider or a one-man band, there’s no doubt that online ratings and reviews about your courses are now more important than ever. And regardless of size, the one thing that all our customers have in common is that they’re all extremely proud of the services they offer, and value the opportunity to prove how good they are.”

Coursecheck is delighted to be supporting LEARING LIVE 2015, which is always well attended by people who are passionate about training.

Wigglesworth continued: “We’re looking forward to meeting a number of our customers at the event and will be promoting some special offers for conference attendees.”
