Day 1:  17th April

  • 10:40-10:55 – Join Chris Giddings and Adam Atkins in Bitesize Learning Zone 2 to hear about ‘Delivering personalised, skills-based content experiences using AI’.

Cornerstone Content Consultants, Chris and Adam, will discuss why there is a need for good learning content now more than ever, as well as the importance of offering up multiple consumption options to learners. They will also explore how AI can support L&D professionals to deliver their strategies with increased efficiency.

  • 13:15-13:45 – Discover how Cornerstone technology has supported long-time customer Pret a Manger to train all their employees and franchisees around the world in Seminar Theatre 7.

Pret a Manger joins us on stage for a discussion around training frontline workers and extending their learning capabilities to their franchisees around the world.   • 11:05-11:20 – Demystify skills with Paul Jagger in “All About Skills in 15 Minutes or Less”, in Bitesize Learning Zone 1.

Paul will talk about the key trends and implications shaping the current skills conversation. By reimagining talent growth and prioritising skills development, organisations will not only thrive amidst uncertainty, but also create a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

  • 13:15-13:45 – Listen to Rebecca Hunter from AMS discuss “AMS and Cornerstone – A Skills Story” in Seminar Theatre 7.

Rebecca Hunter, Head of Strategy Consulting, AMS – a Cornerstone partner – will discuss how skills are shaping the world of work, from finding and addressing skills gaps to supporting internal career moves. Mark Debono, VP UK and Ireland, Cornerstone will be joining Rebecca for a conversation around how AMS is currently using skills to drive staff development.
