Cornerstone OnDemand to Shine Spotlight on Critical Learning Trends at Learning Technologies 2015
Senior executives from Cornerstone, Internet Time Alliance and Atkins to share insight into how organisations can better develop learning strategies to increase engagement and nurture collaboration.
Cornerstone OnDemand (NASDAQ: CSOD) (stand no. 40), a global leader in cloud-based talent management software solutions, today announced the company is participating in various speaking engagements at Learning Technologies 2015, a leading European conference for technology applied to organisational learning, held at Olympia London on 28-29 January.
Cornerstone executives, as well as executives from consulting firm Internet Time Alliance and Cornerstone client Atkins, one of the world’s leading design, engineering and project management consultancies, will lead sessions as part of the conference’s free Learning Technologies and Learning and Skills seminar programmes. The sessions will explore critical learning and talent management trends for 2015, as well as offer effective strategies for increasing workplace engagement and collaboration.
These sessions include:
“Supporting Joined-Up Development Strategies: How to Love the Way You Learn,” will examine how our need and desire to learn has become more critical in recent years, as the speed and complexity of work have increased. Charles Jennings, senior director, enterprise strategy with Internet Time Alliance, will present the session in collaboration with Cornerstone on Wednesday, 28 January at 11:45 a.m. GMT in the Learning Technologies programme, Theatre 1.
“A Case Study: Achieving Adoption, Engagement and Employee Ownership,” will focus on how Atkins achieved adoption, engagement and employee ownership through the global rollout of its My Career program, powered by Cornerstone technology. Mark Jones, director of learning and development with Atkins, will present with Mike Baker, regional vice president of client success, Northern Europe for Cornerstone OnDemand, on Thursday, 29 January at 11:45 a.m. GMT in the Learning Technologies programme, Theatre 1.
“Three Steps to Successful Collaboration,” will delve into how organisations use social and collaborative learning to ensure adoption and success. Krissie Billingham, client success manager with Cornerstone OnDemand, will present the session on Thursday, 29 January at 3:00 p.m. GMT in the Learning and Skills programme, Theatre 8.
Additionally, Cornerstone (stand no. 40) will showcase the company’s talent management software and services in the Learning Technologies exhibition hall. This includes live demonstrations of its unified talent management suite, including Cornerstone Learning, as well as its Cornerstone Growth Edition offering for growing businesses with up to 400 employees and Cornerstone Content Services. Conference attendees also will have the opportunity to learn more about the Cornerstone OnDemand Foundation’s DisasterReady.org program, which provides free high quality online training to humanitarian aid workers all over the world.
