The UK's leading provider of outsourced third party mortgage administration services has chosen Cornerstone Learning for 2,250 users.

Cornerstone OnDemand Inc., a leader in on-demand, integrated talent management software and services, today announced that Homeloan Management Limited (HML) has chosen Cornerstone OnDemand to address the company's needs regarding learning management, competency assessments and development plans. Future plans include rolling out Cornerstone's integrated talent management suite.

With Cornerstone, HML will have a centralised platform to manage, deliver, test, track and report on blended learning training programs - specifically ILT and e-learning - as well as integrated 360-degree feedback functionality. HML favoured Cornerstone for its best-of-breed approach, ease of use, rapid deployment and lower total cost of ownership.

"We're confident that Cornerstone will contribute to reducing employee time-to-competency, ensuring regulatory compliance and streamlining business processes," remarked Gary Evans, People and Development Architect, Homeloan Management Limited. "In addition, Cornerstone OnDemand's Software-as-a-Service model and visible commitment to customer support and success were vital to our selection process."

"We are extremely pleased to be working with a UK industry leader to help them with their learning and talent management initiatives," said Vincent Belliveau, General Manager, EMEA, Cornerstone OnDemand. "HML recognises that Cornerstone is a company dedicated to client success, and that we invest in ensuring our clients are the happiest in the business."

Cornerstone recently was positioned in the "Leaders" Quadrant of the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Corporate Learning Systems (CLS) report (June 2008), which positions vendors according to their ability to execute and their completeness of vision.
