CLO100 Advisory Board Shape Future of L&D Leadership
CLO100 has appointed its 2026 Advisory Board. The group comprises seven senior learning leaders from various industries who will provide guidance on the organisation's programmes and strategy. This move aims to ensure CLO100 remains the leading network for Learning Leaders seeking professional development and collaboration.
The newly appointed board members are Jennifer Eeles-Gosavi, Jojo O'Driscoll-Kearney, Sukhvinder Pabial, Danielle Ware, Karen Cottam, Darren Guy, and Pete Brooks.
CLO100 focuses on developing strategic capabilities within the learning and development sector. The organisation provides a space for learning heads to connect, share challenges, and access high-level training. The formation of this board signals a commitment to building services in direct partnership with the community it serves.
"The most dangerous place to build a business is inside a bubble," said Cathy Hoy the founder of CLO100. "This is especially true when the mission involves developing the next generation of strategic Learning Leaders. As we start a new year of growth, we must step outside our own perspective."
The board will offer external challenge and industry insight. Their input will help shape events, membership structures, and development programmes. This ensures the offerings remain relevant to the needs of modern L&D professionals.
"We are not just building for the L&D community; we are building with them," added Cathy. "This group of leaders provides the guidance we need to ensure our programmes are the best they can be."
The selection process saw high interest from the CLO100 Membership base. The final group represents a breadth of talent and experience across different sectors. Their collective expertise will support CLO100 in its mission to elevate the standing of learning leaders
