CM Group, a global leader in the field of innovative eLearning and mobile learning solutions, is delighted to announce the launch of Agylia (previously known as Luminosity).

Tim Buff, CEO & Chief Learning Strategist at CM Group said, “This is a very exciting time for CM Group. Luminosity is recognised as one of the world’s leading Learning Management Systems (LMS). Its evolution continues, and with the launch of Agylia, we have an ultra-modern learning management solution.”

“With true cloud technology at its core, Agylia is all about agility. We believe Agylia to be the world's most agile learning management solution – and with many major corporate and government implementations to date, it's proven at scale in some of the largest and most demanding organisations in the world,” added Buff.

The Agylia LMS is mobile, scalable and secure – it enables organisations to schedule, target and deliver many different types of training, reference and support materials. Agylia fully supports the latest Experience API as well as traditional SCORM, meaning learner interactions with all resources are tracked – including learning activities outside of the LMS.

Agylia enables organisations to give their different business units and learner groups a personal learning experience with branded sub-portals and targeted content. Designed to serve the extended enterprise, Agylia empowers an organisation’s workforce, and those outside of the organisation – such as customers, suppliers and distributors.

With the range of Agylia mobile learning Apps, for iOS, Android and Windows devices, learners can download and access digital learning resources and performance support materials at the point of need – on their own mobile devices.

Enhanced gamification and social features – including group leaderboards, achievement awards and discussion forums – the Agylia LMS and Apps encourages user adoption of content and engagement with learning and development programmes.
