Latest webinar reveals how the Luminosity LMS and mobile learning App enables organisations worldwide to better understand the impacts of their training programmes.

CM Group, a global leader in the field of innovative eLearning and mobile learning solutions, will feature in the “The Impacts of the Tin Can API” webinar – an informative look at how Tin Can (Experience API) is having a major impact on the eLearning industry.

Alex Mackman, Technical Director at CM Group said, “This is an opportunity for Learning and Development practitioners who are interested in Tin Can to discover how it is being used by organisations worldwide; such as Telefónica, Microsoft and NOW TV. Tin Can is a ground breaking technology, designed for today’s cloud and mobile world.”

CM Group’s range of Luminosity learning solutions including the next generation Learning Management System (LMS), mobile learning Apps and eLearning authoring solution all support the latest Tin Can API – providing organisations with a much richer set of capabilities and a greater insight into the learning activities of individuals within their organisations.

With its integrated Tin Can Learning Record Store (LRS), the Luminosity LMS is enabling organisations to track and report on the learning experiences occurring inside and outside the LMS. This means, for the first time home and independent study can be tracked within the LMS giving L&D and operational managers a much better view of a learner’s whole learning experience. By using Luminosity’s mobile capabilities, learning and reference content can be consumed via mobile learning Apps. Even while the learner is offline, learning activities can be consumed, completed and tracked. The tracked data is then automatically synchronised with the Luminosity LMS the next time the device is online.

Aimed at HR, Learning & Development and Technology professionals, the webinar hosted by Rustici Software, will take place on Wednesday 21st January at 8:00pm – 9:00pm GMT (2:00pm – 3:00pm CST). Registration is available on the Impacts of the Tin Can API webinar web site.
