CM Group, a global leader in the field of innovative learning solutions, today announced that it has been selected by CVQO to help transform its approach to vocational learning through a range of consultancy and learning strategy services.

CVQO is a UK-based educational charity that changes the lives of young people (aged 13-19) and adult volunteers through vocational training and development. The initial learning strategy consultancy from CM Group forms the initial phase of CVQO’s learning transformation project, which aims to transform its existing classroom-based training into blended learning that incorporates digital-based learning content and delivery.

With a balanced and coherent learning strategy for the future, incorporating the latest technical advances, CVQO will be able to deliver training programmes that inspire positive behavioural change in the young people and adult volunteers that rely on CVQO.

Steve Taylor, Head of Corporate Communications at CVQO said, “From the first meeting with CM Group they were able to demonstrate their expertise and a complete understanding of our learning environment. CVQO will be able to utilise CM Group’s expertise in delivering learning solutions to enhance and add value to our learning curriculum.”

CVQO has chosen CM Group to support its learning transformation project due to their experienced and highly skilled learning consultants. With over 13 years’ experience of analysing, delivering and implementing learning strategies, CM Group is ideally placed to support CVQO and its future learning strategy.
