CM Group creates Microsoft’s courses for its latest technology launches

CM Group is a global leader in the field of innovative learning solutions comprising of interactive eLearning and mLearning as well as traditional instructor led training. Through its Content Master division, the company has established a long term partnership with the software and services giant to support the launch and adoption of flagship new Microsoft products and technologies across the world.

The latest courses created include:

Ultra-rapid Online training for Microsoft Partner Network

Microsoft Worldwide in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) needed to take more than 1,000 pieces of content and create online training for publication to members of the Microsoft Partner Network via the Partner Learning Center. The training encompassed 13 languages (including English) and 69 specific geographic audiences.

The whole programme was achieved in an astonishing eight and a half weeks from start to finish. It included the creation of over 1,200 published packages organised into 27 curricula of 804 courses and 192 assessments.

Microsoft Office 2013 Launch

CM Group was asked to design, develop and publish the online training with scripted PowerPoint decks for the Microsoft Office 2013 launch. This included localising the courses into 11 languages, including French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, simplified Chinese and traditional Chinese.

Windows Intune

For the latest update to the Microsoft cloud-based Windows Intune management solution, CM Group designed and developed a series of instructor led training (ILT) courses and online training (OLT) courses for international release. The training carried a technical focus, concentrating on the features and usage of this cloud based PC and tablet management system.
