BrightCarbon, has announced that it will be running its Better Training Presentations Seminar, focusing on the issues found when developing training materials and how developing visual training content can support Learning & Development strategies.

The seminar is taking in place in partnership with a premier business presentation solution provider, Brainshark, with Brainshark Consultant, Ian Hilder, leading the session entitled: ‘On-Demand Learning: Making Technology Work for You.’

Joby Blume, Managing Consultant at BrightCarbon, commented: “If you want to put an end to ‘Death by PowerPoint’ in your organisation, and create training content that is compelling and effective – this seminar is for you.”

The seminar is aimed at Learning & Development professionals. Business people who attend the session will gain insight into some of the key issues when developing training content, such as: how companies can ensure staff engage with training materials; how L&D departments keep training current and up to date; the importance of developing just-in-time learning material as well as just-in-case learning materials, including when to use which type of training.

The one day seminar, will teach participants how to create training materials. It will show delegates how to get rid of bullet points and develop presentations with visuals; use animation to tell stories; design learning content with mobile devices in mind; and create resources that will support learners after the training has finished.

The Better Training Presentations Seminar will take place on Thursday 27th February at 10am to 4pm GMT. Further information and registration is available at http://www.brightcarbon.com/events
