Aurion Learning keeps on growing - new appointments

2010 looks set to be an exciting year for Aurion Learning. The Belfast based e-learning company which recently won an e-learning Age Award has managed not only to survive the recession but also to grow the business. Barry Kelly has been appointed as Research Development Manager and Noleen Turner is Aurion's new Marketing Officer.

2010 looks set to be an exciting year for Aurion Learning. The Belfast based e-learning company which recently won an e-learning Age Award has managed not only to survive the recession but also to grow the business.

When asked about the secret of their success, Dr Maureen Murphy, Director of Aurion Learning commented, 'More and more organisations are coming to realise that Aurion's e-learning courses can help them reduce training costs without compromising quality. We're busy working with some high profile clients such as the Law Society for England and Wales to create a new online learning portal and e-learning modules including the Solicitor's Code of Conduct. We're also working with The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) to design and create a Level 1 Food Safety Awareness e-learning course. Our Smoking Cessation e-learning course for NHS Education Scotland is well underway and we're developing a new online learning hub for St James' Hospital, Dublin.'

Aurion Learning has appointed key new staff to deal with their expanding work load. Barry Kelly has been appointed as Research Development Manager and Noleen Turner is Aurion's new Marketing Officer. Barry has over ten years experience in software development and management and will be responsible for product development in the European and US markets. Noleen has over ten years experience of marketing on a national and international level and will be leading Aurion's marketing strategy to meet ambitious 2010 growth targets.

Speaking about his new appointment, Barry Kelly said, 'I'm looking forward to working with Aurion Learning who are well known for their innovation and commitment to outstanding customer service. I'm looking forward to developing our product portfolio to give our customers more of what they want and need.'
