London Leisure College (LLC) is a partnership between Greenwich Community College and GLL, a leading Leisure Trust. London Leisure College offer a range of courses designed to cater for learners wishing to enter into or progress in the sport and leisure industry as well as providing bespoke courses to employers, helping to raise professional standards across the leisure industry.

The College’s success and increasing demand drove the need to automate administration and offer an on-line ecommerce booking system to speed up processes and improve the customer experience.  LLC chose accessplanit to work in partnership with them to develop a software solution with the capability and functionality to enhance their external course offering and to manage internal training with particular focus on reducing compliance risk.

The accessplanit system which is now fully operational provides LLC with a training management system to manage their extensive range of training, from marketing and on-line booking through to customer relationships and financial management including e-commerce.   Training for internal employees is managed on the same software platform, giving managers an instant overview of skill gaps, training needs and expiry dates, thereby removing the risk of non-compliance.
