The learning and development team at DocMorris, Ireland’s largest pharmacy retail group, is utilising accessplanit's training management software to ensure pharmacy store staff receive the most appropriate training in the lead up to Christmas.
The Group, which is responsible for 73 pharmacies and 950 employees across Ireland, is using Course Manager software to co-ordinate all of its training programmes. The training, which has been designed to provide staff with detailed product knowledge to improve customer experience, can be booked remotely by the pharmacy managers and monitored and managed by the Learning and Development Department.
Nichola Flood, Training Specialist at DocMorris explained: “We needed a central web-based system that pharmacy managers could access to book employees onto training courses. Accessplanit’s Course Manager contained all the functionality we required to simplify the process and speed up training accessibility across the pharmacies. We are delighted with the results and capabilities of the system.”
