We are now launching a recruitment drive and moving into larger offices, at a time when many are cutting jobs and downsizing.”

The four key areas that accessplanit has a plan to develop in terms of manpower, are: Support, implementation and training, development, and sales.

Constant technological development has been one key to this continual level of success however, both in terms of satisfying existing clients and securing new ones. In 2011, accessplanit continually identified new ways to increase efficiency and drive down costs for its client base, with a sharp focus on automating routine tasks for training companies and course providers, while also increasing individual business intelligence through effective reporting of business performance. Evans added: “Product development is always driven by client feedback, and by using this process to improve our offering we can be sure that the business is providing the kind of technology that our clients want and need.”

Moving into 2012, accessplanit has a plan to make further substantial investments into research and development, and its commitment to recruitment is testament to this pledge. The key objective for the training software provider is to enhance the product offering and produce the most sophisticated business management solution for training companies.
