David Marshall launched Marshall E-Learning in 2002. As a former Head of Research at Penna Consulting, David saw many organisations commission e-learning but not always get the most from their investment. Marshall has grown from humble start up to established e-learning leader operating from their Fleet Street offices in the City of London.
