Reed Business School working through Watson Martin Partnership (WMP) has achieved exceptional CIPD exam results and outstanding candidate feedback.

WMP is leading the way in HR and learning and development qualifications and offers the full range of qualifications at Foundation, Intermediate and Advanced levels and includes Awards, Certificates, Diplomas and Masters.

WMP’s 82.4% pass rate compares to the national average of 64% and is one of the reasons HR professionals and corporate clients are choosing to study with them.

Using a unique blend of delivery methods that combine learning elements with competency assessment and development activities, the CIPD programmes are proving to be hugely successful for candidates.

Heather Watson, Managing Partner at WMP says “We work closely with our candidates to ensure they achieve their goals and our Virtual Learning Environment enables them to tailor their revision around their work and busy schedules. This flexibility and support is proving to be a winning formula”, Heather continues.  “We value the experience and competency that candidates have developed in the workplace and we encourage them to draw on the knowledge, skills and experience they have gained. This approach also helps with the practical application required in exams”.

Amanda Young, one of many candidates who have recently completed their CIPD Advanced Diploma, added: “My adviser was nothing short of excellent the whole way through. She was always responsive, encouraging, provided very good guidance – but made you come up with the answer to ensure appropriate and full thought process”.

“I’m delighted that Amanda passed with flying colours and I’m sure she will apply the theory and best practice back in the workplace”, continues Heather.

“As the year comes to a close, WMP has seen a significant increase in candidate applications and I’m sure this is due to great teamwork and a clear focus on the candidates needs, and long may it continue”, concludes Heather.
