Virtual College to demonstrate how Growth Mindset contributes to a learning culture

At their Learning Technologies Summer Forum seminar, Virtual College will share insights about implementing a growth mindset approach and how it can mean the difference between a learning culture that’s pushed and one that’s driven by the individuals. This will take place on 11th July at London ExCel.

‘Growth mindset’ is a buzz term often used to describe the attitude an organisation wants to instil in their culture, but how do you genuinely implement a growth mindset? How do you support individuals to recognise what a growth mindset is, and bring about genuine behaviour change? 

In this seminar, two of Virtual College’s Learning Technology Consultants, Dan Nolan and Cameron Glennon, demonstrate how this can be achieved by discussing:
