The Training Associates Appoints New Director of Training

The Training Associates (TTA), the largest provider of training delivery solutions and trainers on-demand, is pleased to announce the addition of Tricia Girard as Director of Training. Tricia will be responsible for all internal training activities including training on TTA’s propriety software system, TrainerTracker™.

Tricia has her Masters of Education from Fitchburg State College and her Bachelor of Science from Framingham State College. Prior to joining TTA, Tricia was a Training Consultant for Iron Mountain Digital. Tricia was responsible for managing all world-wide customer training activities for client-server based backup solutions and storage technologies. Tricia developed materials and delivered high-quality instructor-led training classes, web-based remote training and Train the Trainer initiatives. Previous to Tricia’s job at Iron Mountain, she worked at Lightbridge, Inc. as a Product Training Manager/Consultant where she managed and mentored training teams; reviewed SOW’s and project plans, designed and developed on-site and remote training programs, and was the on-site subject matter expertise and implementation support for client deployments.
