Thrive adds three Learning Technology Awards to its Trophy Cabinet

Thrive, the world's fastest-growing learning provider won two Gold and one Silver at the Learning Technologies Awards 2023. In partnership with Ann Summers, and Vodafone, they were recognised in the categories: Best Learning Platform Implementation, Best Use of Learning Data Analytics to Impact Learner and Business Performance and Learning Technologies Organisation of the Year.

 

The Learning Technologies Awards is an annual awards programme celebrating the best learning projects globally. The 2023 event was the biggest one to date, with over 400 entries across 23 different categories and over 800 attendees gathering together to celebrate excellence in L&D.

The three categories awarded for driving real business impact were:

  • Gold for Best Learning Platform Implementation in partnership with Vodafone 

  • Gold for Best Use of Learning Data Analytics to Impact Learner and Business Performance in partnership with Ann Summers

  • Silver for Learning Technologies Organisation of the Year

About the Best Use of Learning Data Analytics to Impact Learner and Business Performance Award in partnership with Ann Summers 

Retail giant, Ann Summers, was recognised for their commitment to customer service and product knowledge training for their 800+ retail employees. Partnering with Thrive, they achieved a remarkable 98% adoption rate, enabling consistent, measured and effective learning experiences. 

They conducted an experiment focusing on key products to improve store strike rates (sales). The learning experience outperformed expectations, increasing strike rates overall from 14.8% to 23% across all regions with their test group excelling with a 25% strike rate - 5% above targets set, showcasing the transformative impact of their blended learning programme

About the Best Learning Platform Implementation Award in partnership with Vodafone

Collaborating with Thrive, Vodafone implemented a user-friendly, accessible learning platform to be their complete one-stop-shop which houses all the information teams need to deliver the best service to their customers. 

With over 90% of users rating the platform as Good/Excellent, agent error complaints dramatically falling, and Thrive user sales skyrocketing, it’s safe to say the implementation was a resounding success.

Learning Technologies Organisation of the Year
