As well as offerings across workplace skills, compliance and leadership and management, Unicorn will also be showcasing a brand new scalable model of their award-winning LMS – including the launch of a free, feature-rich companion app, Learning Path.

Visitors at next week's conference and exhibition will have the opportunity to explore a range of products and services designed specifically to help tackle the task of assessing current knowledge levels, diagnosing knowledge gaps, tracking and reporting on training uptake, sourcing and delivering outstanding learning experiences, offering CPD and much more. The Learning Ecosphere tackled the many challenges presented by organisational learning and forged a new way of thinking - including reimagining the relationship between established and new learning methods.

Unicorn continues to build on thirty years' experience helping businesses to understand and address their learning challenges, with an appreciation that not every organisation is the same, and that often it takes a far more consultative input than many initially think to find the unique blend of learning methods that are right. Unicorn are committed to helping organisations drive real behaviour change, ensuring a best practice approach to developing a corporate learning programme.

The Unicorn LMS continues to sit at the heart of Unicorn's extensive offering - and visitors will have the chance to experience a full product demo to see how the award-winning, globally recognised LMS can help to support learning outcomes. Ranked #1 for financial services and #3 overall, Unicorn LMS offers a huge feature set including the ability to deploy and track digital learning activities; assign and monitor learning by cohort or department; perform diagnostic assessments; add event tracking; set training reminders; and support training and competency (T&C) framework. As well as a huge specification, Unicorn LMS now comes with a free companion app - Learning Path - that is designed to be used alongside the LMS and features online/offline synchronisation, mobile-first content and on the go CPD tracking in order to provide a truly seamless learning experience.

In addition to an extensive compliance training suite, Unicorn have some of the best content partners in the business, including AXELOS GBP, Video Arts and MicroLearn. With workplace skills (stress management, interpersonal relationships, conflict handling etc) and cyber awareness constituting some of the most important learning for organisations to consider training staff.  Unicorn will be showcasing a selection of eLearning content from Video Arts and MicroLearn at WOL - all of which offer high quality, engaging and mobile-ready content designed to exact real behavioural change.

There will also be the opportunity to see how Unicorn has been working to provide market-leading mobile and app-based solutions to businesses - specifically QuizCom (in addition to Learning Path.) The fun and beautifully designed quiz app, QuizCom uses a familiar swipe model to reinforce learning or test newly acquired knowledge.

Peter Phillips, Unicorn CEO, said: “We’re delighted to be at World of Learning for the first time. The explosion in digital technologies holds great promise for L&D - but the challenge of identifying what is relevant, affordable and good value in the context of the practical day-to-day demands on your time, budgets and resources is not a small one.

“Whether an organisation wants to explore the possibilities of mobile-first learning technologies or believes their business remains rooted in platform-driven enterprise focused training, Unicorn can help L&D professionals recognise how elements of both ‘new’ and ‘traditional’ digital learning can in fact work harmoniously together.”

Unicorn Training are exhibiting at stand G50 at World of Learning Conference & Exhibition 17th - 18th October, showcasing the Unicorn LMS, custom eLearning & learning apps.
