Programme Revealed for the 7th HR & People Development Summit, Dubai

This two day event, from the 4–5 February, brings together senior HR and People leaders to explore leadership, culture, wellbeing, performance and AI.

 

The full programme has now been announced for the 7th HR & People Development Summit, taking place in Dubai on 4–5 February. The invitation-only event will bring together senior HR, Learning and People Development leaders from across the MENA region for two days of strategic discussion, peer insight and structured networking.

Designed for HR Directors, Heads of People, Learning and Talent, the Summit focuses on the most pressing challenges facing organisations today from leadership capability and culture change to workforce performance, wellbeing and the growing influence of AI on people development.

Day One: Performance, Culture and Capability

Wednesday 4 February opens with a keynote from Dr. Corrie Block, Tier-1 Executive Coach, bestselling author and performance neuroscientist, setting a strong foundation grounded in neuroscience and real-world application.

The day features interactive strategy groups focused on:

Day Two: Balancing Technology, Wellbeing and Human Leadership

Thursday 5 February begins with a keynote from global speakers and authors Ken and Debra Corey, exploring leadership and human performance in today’s complex environments.

Strategy groups on Day Two include:

The Summit concludes with a closing plenary discussion on the psychological impact of digital overload in L&D, bringing together senior voices from industry and academia, including representatives from DIFC Academy, the World Economic Forum, Harvard Business Faculty GCC, InstaShop and The Hershey Company.
