Two European Leaders cooperate - and realize tailor-made language training - digital publishing and the Cegos Group have signed an agreement to promote their respective e-learning training courses.

The Munich language specialist digital publishing has become an official partner for the 'e-Learning Solutions by Cegos' range. Cegos, European leader in professional development, is offering its customers language training and, for the first time in its history, therefore offers the opportunity to follow
language courses. Presented in the form of e-learning modules, these solutions are of-fered to Cegos customers since 1 December 2008 in addition to the usual course formats.

"Many customers ask us whether we can provide e-learning which addresses both cross-functional skills and learning languages. Our partnership with one of the pioneers of online lan-guage training can therefore be seen in terms of a simplification of the management of company's e-learning provision", explained Jacques Coquerel, Chairman of the Cegos Group.

For its part, digital publishing has become a partner in the entire e-Learning Solutions by Cegos catalogue, wherever the company has a presence. Alan Nobili, Director General of digital publishing SAS: "We are happy to enrich the Cegos catalogue with our offer of professional
language training. Thanks to this collaboration, our customers benefit from an efficient and par-ticularly complete solution for personal and professional development of their human resources in a global environment." The e-learning and blended learning solutions make learning and devel-opment easier to do, less time consuming and more cost-effective.

More than 150 "e-Learning Solutions by Cegos" modules are already available in most European languages (French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and Russian) and in Manda-rin. In the next phase modules in Korean and Japanese will also be offered.

The online training provided by digital publishing is based on the Common European Framework of Reference.
