Saffron is exhibiting their new point of need tools at Learning Technologies Summer Forum on 11th July at Excel, London.

As the pressure mounts on employees to re-skill, upskill and learn how to use new systems and processes, learners are overwhelmed by the speed and quantity of what they need to be able to absorb and apply. They become unable to perform.

At this years Learning Technologies Summer Forum, Saffron will show how point-of-need tools can relieve cognitive overload, make it easier for employees to adopt change, hone their skills and increase their performance.

“It’s important to recognise that the workforce doesn’t need to learn everything,”  said Noorie Sazen, CEO of Saffron. “Point-of-need tools aid how to do new things as and when needed, directly within the flow of work. High performing organisations are seeing the benefits to the bottom line of a more engaged, skilled and less stressed workforce.”

Saffron will also be hosting a seminar entitled ‘Accelerating performance with point of need tools’ at 12.15pm at Theatre 2.

The seminar will be relevant to HR and L&D executives who want to:

  • Give their workforce access to new skills and ownership over their learning process
  • Prepare for the future of work
  • Avoid cognitive overload
  • Increase productivity
  • Enable their workforce to embrace change

Registration for the event is available via the LTSF19 website. Saffron is on stand 9. Visitors can drop by or also prebook a meeting with a Saffron consultant.
