QA announces new training programme to support Microsoft technology launch

London, UKLearning NewsQA

Free seminars available for Visual Studio 2005 and SQL Server 2005! QA, Training Company of the Year 2005, is launching a new series of courses to support Microsoft's much anticipated launch of Visual Studio 2005 and SQL Server 2005 on 7 November this year.

The comprehensive new programme is designed and developed by QA technologists who have been working with these exciting new programmes from pre-release stages through to beta versions. The training programme contains three tracks to support both those who are already experienced in earlier versions and also those new to the area. With new courses starting in October, training will be available to support both organisations who will immediately adopt the new technology and those reviewing the products.

Principal Technologist at QA, and .NET expert, David Wheeler explains; "These courses include in-depth practical sessions and are designed so people will immediately be able to apply the new technology. The range of courses we are launching means that there is something for everyone, from an overview for those who manage developers or projects that will be using .NET, but who doesn't want to get into the specifics of coding, through to courses that are an excellent starting point for developers that will be working with .NET. Accelerated migration courses support developers moving from a previous version of the technology to .NET 2.0."

Author of the QA SQL Server 2005 programme, and Consultant Technologist at QA, Dandy Weyn believes that the courses are a great chance to gain a swift advantage: "We've designed a series of intensive, accelerated courses, to maximise time and budget, while still ensuring that delegates build strong, long-lasting skills and knowledge. Courses will be delivered on release product technology and prioritise the areas that have the greatest impact on our delegates in the workplace. Delegates can tailor the lab exercises to their individual skills level - ensuring they gain the most from the course."
