QA, the UK’s largest independent provider of IT training and consulting, has been awarded a three-year contract by Alliance & Leicester, one of the UK’s major financial services groups, for the delivery and administration of technology and end-user desktop training to Alliance & Leicester employees throughout the UK.

QA will manage training administration and delivery, including course booking, reporting and the provision of third-party training for up to 9,000 staff. A dedicated onsite QA administrator will manage course enquiries and the training booking and approval processes.

In addition, QA’s online learning management tool, eDynamix, has been tailored to integrate with Alliance & Leicester’s internal processes and ensure streamlined booking and reporting functions.

“Central to QA’s success is their understanding of the culture of our organisation,” commented Carole Ratcliffe, Head of Planning & Control Technology Process and Design, at Alliance & Leicester. “QA adds real business value by designing consistently high quality learning solutions that reflect Alliance &Leicester’s business strategies and priorities.”

Alliance & Leicester will realise significant cost-savings and benefits through the consolidation of training suppliers, the streamlining of internal processes and a reduction in administration costs. Staff will enjoy award-winning learning solutions that meet both their business and personal development needs.

"We are delighted to be working with Alliance & Leicester, making their training budgets go further and delivering high quality training,” commented Keith Burgess, Executive Chairman at QA. “From the start, we have been committed to helping Alliance & Leicester to develop and enhance skills, improve effectiveness and deliver against business objectives. We intend to do continue to do this, and more, and to provide a trusted, valued service".
