Xpertise offers ITIL Service Management Courses and Certification
In response to customer demand, Xpertise has launched a full Service Management portfolio to enable organisations to realise the benefits that can be gained from the cost effective delivery of IT Services.

A total of nine new courses are being introduced to provide one of the most comprehensive portfolios on the market.
The following four courses lead to the ISEB Foundation and the ISEB Certificate in IT Service Management:
- ITIL Foundation
- ITIL Service Support
- ITIL Service Delivery
- ITIL Exam Preparation
All courses and trainers are fully accredited by the BCS/ISEB through Opsys-SM2.
Where certification is not required the following courses provide as structured overview of IT Service Management:
- ITIL Overview for Managers
- ITIL Overview for Technicians
- ITIL Essentials
- ITIL Service Level Management
- ITIL Service Desk
