Microsoft Recognises QA Instructor Expertise
Three specialists at QA, the UK's largest independent provider of training and consulting and Microsoft's 2003 Global CTEC* winner, have been awarded prestigious Most Valuable Professional (MVP) status by Microsoft in recognition of their technical excellence and support for Microsoft learner and user communities.
Olga Londer, Principal Technologist, is a new MVP in recognition of her commitment to both Content Management Server (CMS) and Internet Information Services (IIS) technologies. Olga, co-author of Complete Guide to CMS2002 to be published this month, is one of only a few Microsoft experts to receive MVP status for two technologies at any one time.
Charles Clarke, Senior Instructor, is the only MVP for Systems Management Server (SMS) in Scotland and receives MVP status for the second year. Thomas Lee, Chief Technologist at QA and a Microsoft Regional Director (RD), is an MVP for the ninth consecutive year for his Active Directory knowledge and leadership.
"As the only UK training provider with three MVPs, this distinction further reinforces our reputation for technical expertise and our genuine commitment to enable users to get the most from their learning " commented Brian Sutton, Chief Educator, QA. "Our people are seen as adding value in Microsoft communities and their extensive knowledge is passed on to our clients to help them improve their business effectiveness".
"On behalf of Microsoft, I am pleased to recognise Olga, Charles and Thomas as Most Valuable Professionals," said Lori Moore, vice president of Product Support Services (PSS) at Microsoft Corp. "MVPs are a diverse group of individuals from around the world who demonstrate expertise in Microsoft products, display an incredible passion for technology, and truly inspire others to realise their potential."
MVP status is awarded annually to selected individuals who have demonstrated an outstanding commitment to Microsoft's technical and product communities. Only 19 Microsoft technology champions have been awarded MVP status in the UK and Ireland this year.
QA's MVPs benefit from a direct channel to Microsoft product teams. This relationship, and the ability to pass client feedback to the Microsoft product teams, will help QA clients maximise their technology investment.
