KnowledgePool selects QA to deliver classroom training

KnowledgePool announced today that it has selected QA to deliver a comprehensive portfolio of classroom-based IT technical training to KnowledgePool clients.

KnowledgePool’s client base, including many FTSE100 companies, will benefit from QA’s award-winning portfolio, including accredited Microsoft courses, data communications and programming courses, delivered at nine state-of-the-art training centres across the UK and Ireland.

According to the terms of the agreement KnowledgePool will be responsible for all course administration including delegate bookings and management. QA will manage all elements of the training provision including course design and delivery at QA's training centres.
