QA, the UK's leading independent provider of training and consulting, announces Institute of IT Training endorsement of its trainer development programme. Formal industry recognition of this programme highlights the quality of QA's approach to training delivery.

QA's Trainer Monitoring, Assessment and Development programme (MAD), is based on respected educational methodologies and meets the criteria of the Institute of IT Training's Training Provider Accreditation Programme (TPAP). All QA technical and business skill instructors will undergo an annual assessment to maintain certified training practitioner status.

Brian Sutton, Chief Educator at QA, commented: "Certification is increasingly important industry-wide as a benchmark of skills and QA understands that. Accreditation of QA instructors offers our clients additional evidence of our teaching excellence and our commitment to quality and recognised industry standards."

QA's MAD programme combines several best practice modules including independent accreditor review and peer assessment. Certified QA instructors will, through this recognition, gain Associate level, professional membership of the Institute of IT Training, benefiting from the resources and support of the UK's leading skills body for IT training.

Colin Steed, Chief Executive, Institute of IT Training said of the relationship: "As a member of the Institute since its inception, QA has made a valuable contribution to skills development in the UK. We are delighted to formally acknowledge QA's trainer development programme and their on-going commitment to training quality."
