NCC Education release cutting edge qualification

In meeting with global market demands NCC Education today announced the newly updated International Advanced Diploma in Computer Studies (IADCS).

The IADCS has been updated and transformed with a whole new look to the materials and covers the most up to date subject areas in the IT industry including Computer Forensics and Principles of Web Design.

In addition, students now have the choice to major in subjects such as Multimedia, Internet Systems, Advanced Programming and Business Management. It is hoped that the improved flexibility of the course will results in students having increased options to degree level or in their future careers.

Michael Lurie, Business Manager for the IADCS qualification commented "I am thrilled to be launching this significant update of the IADCS which encompasses the latest cutting edge technologies in the IT market. NCC Education have developed this qualification to the highest industry and academic standards. The course equips students with skill sets required by organisations worldwide, together with a formidable understanding of the underlying knowledge of these technologies."

The new Computer Forensics module was added due to increased demand from NCC Education partners.

Computer Forensics is increasingly used to investigate situations where computers have been used to commit crimes, or to identify where computer usage is not meeting corporate acceptable use policies.

Another cutting-edge topic that NCC Education has included in the new IADCS programme is the Multimedia elective stream.

Michael Lurie explained "This module gives the student the knowledge and skills to plan and develop well-designed websites that combine effective navigation with appropriate use of graphics text and colour. The intention is to create websites that enable users to access information quickly and easily, regardless of browser type, connection speed, or computing platform."

Not only does the new IADCS have new subject areas but the existing modules have been updated to reflect latest technology tends.
