mylearningworx, the UK’s first crowd sourced hub for elearning, has announced a new mission. The start-up will open up opportunities for small medium enterprises and consumer markets to both produce and get access to the best elearning courses. The announcement was made at its first ‘mylearningworxshop’ at Google Campus, arranged for free to enable elearning producers and users to get together to discuss their learning challenges and opportunities.

This represents a new opportunity for people to generate income by harnessing their existing knowledge and skills to share via courses sold at an affordable price.

The promised December launch of mylearningworx at Google Campus will be the first major investor led crowd-sourced learning project in the UK. Similar projects have been the flavour of 2012 in the US with around $70 million committed by venture capitalists to just nine start-up projects, aimed at varying social and business sectors and crowds.
