Join Mind Tools webinar 'How to keep your learning culture at pace with rapid digitalization'

On September 27th at 3pm (BST) award-winninglearning analyst and founder of Learning Changemakers, Laura Overton joins Mind Tools researcher Anna Barnett, to explore this year’s Annual L&D Benchmark Report and look at the key behaviors and capabilities associated with future-proofing your learning strategy.

A key theme running through this year’s report is reimagining workplace learning, with a particular focus on digitalization, cultural innovation, talent and capability, and how L&D teams’ partner with the wider organization. The research delves deeper into these areas and shines light on the need for a ‘people first, technology second’ approach to L&D.

The webinar will cover:

  • How to attract, retain, and develop top talent - What behaviors lead to a stronger, talent-focused approach to learning? How can performance management measure impact?
  • How to create a culture of continuous learning - How can L&D teams’ partner with the wider organization to build a culture of continuous learning in the workplace?
  • How to create the perfect blend - How can organizations invest in more cost-effective learning solutions that focus less on technology and more on the people using them?

Laura Overton, who was the original architect of the L&OD Benchmark, says “This study, now in its 19th year was born out of curiosity about learning innovation can drive business impact and how we can learn from each other in the journey. It was motivated by a desire to build courage and confidence in learning professionals, and I am thrilled to be able to revisit the data once again to do just that.”
