AMT's e-learning content is highly practical and uses screen shot recordings as if looking over the shoulder of an experienced analyst at work in Excel, Word and Adobe -

To start, participants take a diagnostic test. Using the test results, a learning plan is automatically devised, which picks from a 'Menu' of technical topic areas. Rather than using off-the-shelf products AMT has developed tailored practical sessions which address the immediate and relevant learning needs of junior bankers across a variety of product areas.

Furthermore, classroom training is supplemented with online sessions on the client's internal models. One recurring theme following any classroom training is that participants have sometimes forgotten certain details by the time they start doing it for real. AMT has managed to overcome this by developing a suite of post-course e-learning modules that replicates the teaching aspect of the classroom sessions without the interruptions of questions, answers and drill. In other words, participants have all the technical facts at their fingertips. "Just enough, just in time, just for you".

Each of the training modules is broken down further into easily identifiable bite sized portions, which means that bankers do not have to sit through the entire session. They can go straight to the relevant part saving time and therefore cost. These "Breezos" are delivered in the form of a tailored lecture using detailed instructions and on-screen use of models. Both "how to" and "why" components are covered in detail by an experienced financial trainer. Sessions vary in length depending on the complexity of the topic covered.
