The future of learning and data
Lori Niles-Hofmann joins LT Digital Experience, on 16 February, with a conference session on the future of learning and data: part of the Premium Programme of conference sessions over the two-week LTDX21 event.
LT Digital Experience is a two-week festival of workplace learning tackling the big questions about supporting learning in the post pandemic world. LTDX has invited Lori Niles-Hofmann, a senior learning strategist renowned for her work on large-scale digital transformations and learning data analytics, to explore one of its biggest yet most challenging priorities: learning and data.
“We know learning and development needs to put data to use, but how exactly do we do it, and what benefits can we expect? In this session, Lori Niles-Hofmann explores the bigger picture of learning and data – giving the bigger picture – and she will also examine the very practical art of what is possible,” explains LTDX21 Premium Programme Chair, Donald H Taylor.
Lori Niles-Hofmann’s session ‘The future of learning and data’ takes place on day two of the Premium Programme conference, Tuesday 16 Feb at 14:30. Together, we’ll explore:
-
How the triangulation of data can result in better designed learning experiences
