Learning Technologies has today released its programme for the upcoming LT Digital Experience taking place this February; 100+ presentations covering digital learning advice, innovation and best practice; 30 online Premium Pass conference sessions; English, French and German language sessions.

The LT Digital Experience 2021 is a two-week festival of workplace learning taking place from 15 to 26 February. A packed programme of online sessions is released today for L&D professionals to select from and plan ahead.

The event has six main themes to help learning professionals prepare for the challenges of L&D in 2021 and beyond:

Professional development: What are the key skills and attitudes to be successful today? How can you accelerate your career? And how can you stay curious during these demanding times?

Data, analytics and impact: Showing impact is more important than ever for L&D, but it can’t be done with activity metrics. On this track, we’ll look at how to understand, interpret and report on data to work as part of the business.

Tools and techniques: Whether it’s understanding how to create a learning ecosystem for a global enterprise or drilling into the detail of email campaigns to support engagement, we’ve got your covered with this theme.

Design: Content design has come a long way. The sessions on this theme explore how to design content well – so that it inspires, is accessible, and actually helps people learn.

Programme implementation: No Learning Technologies event would be complete without the case studies and hard-won advice from people who have been there and done it. These sessions will help you avoid common pitfalls and steer your way to success.

Future L&D: What should L&D be doing in a post-Covid world? How should departments run? How do you write a strategy today? And what might our field look like in 2030? This theme will help you steer your course to the future.

There are 100+ sessions in total with a free-to-attend element and a Premium Pass conference. 5,000 L&D professionals are expected to attend the free-to-attend sessions, with 500 taking part in the Premium Pass conference:

  • 40 free-to-attend session in English running (over both weeks)

  • 15 free-to-attend session in German (in week one)

  • 15 free-to-attend session in French (in week two)

Donald H Taylor will chair LT Digital Experience 2021 and is looking forward to two weeks of challenging debate: “After a turbulent year in L&D where now does L&D’s focus turn to? What does the future hold for our industry? How can we support learning in a post-pandemic world? We’ll answer these and all of the important questions facing workplace L&D at LT Digital Experience 2021.”
