Learning Technologies last month completed its first Learning Technologies Digital Experience (LTDX) event. Over 10,000 L&D professionals from over 90 countries registered to attend the two week event and it comprised over 100 interactive online sessions, led by world-renowned learning leaders, industry experts and those shaping the way we learn and develop corporate skills. This will form the blueprint for the Learning Technologies Digital Experience Summer 2021 taking place this June.
The event will again comprise English, French and German language sessions, run over two weeks and provide sponsorship opportunities for learning vendors.
Event director, Mark Penton, said: “While we had of course hoped to gather in person this Summer, we felt the best course of action is to continue with our digital programmes for 2021 and return ‘in person’ for Learning Technologies 2022 next February at ExCeL London.”
“The response from the learning community to last month’s Learning Technologies Digital Experience has provided a blueprint for further digital events in 2021 and the format has allowed us to reach far beyond our live format events, reaching learning professionals all around the world. The LTDX programme attracted over 38,000 session registrations from more than 10,000 L&D professionals and greatly exceeded our expectations. There were also more than 26,000 messages exchanged on the platform showing it was a truly collaborative experience,” added Penton.
Over the next few months the Learning Technologies team will build the next digital experience event taking place in June and full details will be available soon. Learning professionals can keep up to date with news, views, sponsorship and registration details via the Learning Technologies website.
