Getting L&D fit for the future
Simon Gibson, an International experienced L & OD Leader, will join LT Digital Experience, on 16 February, with a conference session on getting L&D ready for the future: part of the Premium Programme of conference sessions over the two-week LTDX21 event.
Learning and Development has a central role in equipping people with the skills, the agility, the awareness and much that is needed to adapt to the changing world. Step one is for L&D to get out of crisis mode and get on front foot. At the upcoming LT Digital Experience Simon Gibson will help L&D professionals to explore how.
“Now is the time for the wide world of learning and development to change. A mix of macro trends and a global pandemic have shaken up everything as we know it... so let's work out a way to come out of this even better,” explains LTDX21 Premium Programme Chair, Donald H Taylor.
“A talk to bring to life simple examples which will transform your approach, starting with the key question: how do we get out of crisis mode and start building organisational momentum?”
Simon Gibson’s session “Getting L&D ready for the future’ takes place on day two of the Premium Programme conference, Tuesday 16 Feb at 10:30. Together, we’ll explore:
-
Which stakeholders matter?
-
What questions should you ask them?
-
What to do if they don’t have the answers?
-
What needs to change in L&D if it is going to accelerate success?
-
Why is it essential for L&D to get more agile?
The full programme and registration for the free-to-attend sessions and Premium Passes priced at £250 + VAT, are available on the LT Digital Experience 2021 website.
