This year the 2020 Learning Technologies Summer Forum (#LTSF20) will take place online across five days in July, Monday 13 to Friday 17. Andrew Jacobs, L&D Transformation Lead at HMRC, will host a session on Monday 13 reviewing the work of HMRC’s L&D team to support its learners over the Covid-19 period.

Donald H Taylor, LTSF Chair, explains: “How was L&D during Covid-19 for you? This session explores how the learning teams at HMRC (the UK’s tax collectors) were provided with a range of learning support to meet the challenges of lockdown. It will also examine how it looked at future ways of supporting learning, initiated by Covid-19.”

Meeting the challenge of Covid-19 lockdown takes place on 15 July, 14:45 - 15:30.  Andrew will talk about how the series of short online sessions were prepared, designed, delivered, and the approach to evaluation:

  • Assessment and evaluation

  • Building communities

  • Curation of content

  • Digital design

  • Online facilitation skills

The full programme of activities is on the LTSF 2020 website.

Registration is free of charge: LTSF 2020 registration.
