Announcing the winners of the 2019 Learning Technologies Awards
Some amazing achievements in learning technologies were celebrated on 27 November 2019 at the glittering gala ceremony held at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel in London.
The evening was hosted by comedians Deborah Frances-White and Siobhan McSweeney and guests travelled from all over the world to celebrate the very best in learning technologies.
There were 63 lucky gold, silver and bronze award winners. Faculty of Skills won gold with each of their partners, Aon and Zilveren Kruis. LAS also excelled this year, winning gold with both Sodexo and the BBC Academy.
Other gold winners included NATS and SiyonaTech (who also took a silver), Yap Books, RBS, Axonify and Grimsby Institute of Further and Higher Education. Ross Garner from GoodPractice was awarded Learning designer of the year, while Joe Turner from Kallidus was the Learning developer of the year. The team award was won by GfK in partnership with Saba Cloud, and the gold winning learning organisation trophy went to Hive Learning. Congratulations to all the winners whose performances have really stood out in the world of learning technologies.
