Celebrations for Learning Pool as the best in workplace engagement announced

Learning Pool, the leading e-learning solutions provider, celebrates both national and regional success as the ‘Best Companies to Work For’ are announced.

The announcement comes just weeks after Learning Pool achieved a 3-star accreditation for ‘world-class’ employee engagement - the highest available ranking - from Best Companies and sets a precedent for an array of accolades and appearances on future Best Companies to Work For lists. 

Working with some of the world’s best-known brands, Best Companies measures, improves and recognizes great employee engagement, compiling annual lists of the ‘Best Companies to Work For’. These lists celebrate an organization’s commitment to its employees and demonstrate that workplace engagement is seen as a vital part of a businesses success. 

Revealed during an online showcase on Friday 21st May, the 2021 awards ranked Learning Pool at 57 on the Top 100 Companies to Work For Nationwide. Earning a place on a Best Companies list is an accolade like no other and something organizations the length and breadth of the nation strive for.  The company was thrilled to also feature at number nine for organization’s in the Health and Social Care, Education and Training & Business Services sector.

During the live stream, the Best Companies’ regional lists were also announced, celebrating workplace engagement in the regions where an organization’s employees work and live. Placing at number four on the Top 10 Regional list for Northerland Ireland, Learning Pool was delighted to be the top ‘homegrown’ company to work for, existing as the only company in the top five to be indigenous to and headquartered in Northern Ireland. 

Furthering its success, the company also celebrated a spot on the regional lists for the Midlands and the South East (ranking 33 and 31 respectively) for its offices in Nottingham and Oxford.
